New Jersey Criminal Defense Lawyer Eric Mark – Private Lawyer vs Public Defender

New Jersey Criminal Defense Lawyer Eric Mark - Private Lawyer vs Public Defender

New Jersey Criminal Defense Lawyer Eric Mark Discusses the difference between a Private Lawyer and a Public Defender.

Public defenders are lawyers who get paid by the state to provide defense for
defendants who cannot afford a lawyer.
The three most important differences are:
1. You get to choose your private lawyer. If you get a public defender you
don’t like for whatever reason, you are stuck with him or her. Not all
public defenders are bad. Not all private attorneys are good. Your
ability to interview and select your lawyer is critical.
2. Attention: public defenders have huge case loads and limited time.
Generally, you will meet your public defender the first time you go to
court and only see your public defender on court dates for a few
minutes as they handle 15- 50 clients. They are not going to
investigate or look in to your case until months into the court process,
by which time valuable information, witnesses and evidence could be
lost. I start investigating and preparing a case at our first meeting,
which can change the way the case is resolved.
3. Accessibility: You will have many questions and concerns as the case
progresses. When you want to ask questions, you will have a very
difficult time getting in touch with a public defender. I generally
return phone calls and emails the same day I receive them and I am
happy to meet in my office as long as I am not in court. You’ll find
getting answers to your questions during the court process will
alleviate a lot of your stress, concern and confusion.
Realistically, there is no comparison. You are much better off with a private attorney
to defend you. If you are trying to decide between a private lawyer or a public
defender, or which lawyer to hire, give me a call; I’m happy to discuss it with you.

PLEASE VOTE:
Murder trial where an attorney in Louisville, Louisville Criminal Defense Attorney Brendan McLeod, visits a codefendant during trial. Codefendant’s counsel, Heather Irskine, with the help of a Louisville Public Defender’s Supervisor, Jay Lambert, attack McLeod towards the end of the trial. You decide what is right or wrong. Did McLeod hurt or help? Did Jay Lambert hurt or help and who was right? Who was right ethically? Who was right morally? Who was right, pragmatically, when you listen to the hearings in general. Santa Clara County Public Defenders Office has a Conflict of Interest

$ 71.6 Million Dollars goes into the Public Defenders Office every year in Santa Clara County.

If your Civil Rights are violated this office will declare a “conflict” and bump your case up to the (IDO) Independent Defense Council Office.

The Indigent Client (Poor Folk) are tricked into thinking that they are getting a “Better” legal defense when that is truly not the case. These attorneys will work with the establishment to hid misconduct while pulling information out of their clients. This information is then shared with IDO director Silvia Perez and she can then manipulate your legal defense. She works with County Counsel “James the Devil Williams” to sweep your civil rights under the rug.

There are about eighty of these contracted attorney’s in our county that are managed by Silvia Perez McDonald, IDO Director and former Public Defender.

The SCAM is up Santa Clara County and the American Public is not happy with how you are rigging the system!!!

Also be warned….. The County Whistle Blower Program is another “Shady Trick” by James the Devil Williams (County Counsel) to pull information out of good people that cannot turn a blind eye to outright corruption. There is no attorney client privilege with using this program and they will use all your information to protect the county from liability. This is also the case for all cities in Santa Clara County since they all work together to Screw the American public in our local courts.

By pulling these legal scams in our county our Public Defenders Office will never be up to fighting shape to protect the Rights of the American Public. They have no interest in any of the atavist, like myself, that are being exterminated in our county. They are turning a bling eye to any and all misconduct in our legal system.

The “Whole” thing is rigged folks!!!!
